Backrest and seat contact surfaces are made of eco-friendly, breathable PU leather with a three-year hydrolysis resistance. It meets U.S. standards for flame retardancy, tear resistance, and tensile strength.
【Backrest】
The backrest frame consists of 9 layers of high-strength laminated plywood, filled with high-density rebound pure foam for excellent support and comfort.
【Armrests】
The armrests are made of 7 layers of 0.4-inch (10mm) laminated plywood. They are connected to the backrest and seat via steel plates, passing load-bearing tests (vertical load: 253 lbs, horizontal load: 150 lbs).
【Seat Cushion】
The seat frame uses 10 layers of 0.47-inch (12mm) high-strength laminated plywood, filled with high-density rebound pure foam and doll cotton for comfort and durability.
【Base】
Equipped with a weight-adaptive synchro-tilt mechanism, adjustable within a recline range of 107° to 131°. It features a 0.1-inch (2.5mm) thickened steel plate, tested to withstand 105 kg (231 lbs) tilt loads for 300,000 cycles, ensuring smooth and noise-free movement.
【Gas Lift】
Uses a Class 4 explosion-proof electroplated gas lift with a 0.08-inch (2.0mm) premium seamless steel pipe. It passes BIFMA-certified tests for 100,000 cycles of rotation and height adjustment.
【Chair Base
Crafted with polished die-cast aluminum alloy, featuring a 27.6-inch (700mm) diameter. It withstands static load tests up to 3,300–4,000 lbs and impact tests of 300 lbs, meeting BIFMA standards.
【Casters】
Made of PA with 30% glass fiber material, featuring a 2.4-inch (60mm) wheel diameter. The casters pass durability tests, including 2,000 cycles over obstacles with a 225-lb load and 98,000 cycles on smooth surfaces.
